These are for a new little cuz in TX. :>

EDIT - Yes, I used a pattern it's here:
http://hometown.aol.com/fourleafcl1064/page69.html

I seemed to have a few more stitches after the first few rounds than the pattern says, but it seemed to work out fine.

I bought a pair similar to those for my niece when she was born to go with a bandana print outfit I made for her.
The ones you made are absolutely precious!  Great job!

Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michaelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein.

Not too hard.  There is one part where you sorta guess which stitch you want to call the middle stitch in the back and count out 6 stitches on each side so that you crochet the middle 13 sts.  It makes part of the heel.  It's obvious to me now, but at the time I didn't totally get the directions.  If you decide to make them and want help, let me know. :>

I love them! I just made a pair for Christmas for a good friend. I followed this guy on youtube to make mine and they came out perfect!
Here's the link to him:
