That sucks that the show is off On Demand again- that's how I first started watching it after seeing a performance they did on a late night show this past summer.

You know, that makes me wonder...how did everyone discover FotC?

A boy I know sent me the link to "Business Time" on YouTube for a giggle...then I watched everything else they had on YouTube...and FINALLY this past October I was in NYC and got to watch the eps On Demand ('cause I don't personally have the money for HBO, heh).

I ended up getting 2 first seasons for Christmas....that how much i talked about them to everyone i knew...hehe! If you haven't watched all of the stand-up they have on youtube, i HIGHLY recommend it...it is soooo funny. and they have some awesome songs that weren't even on the shows.  they also have the folk the world tour cd....which is funny too. Anyway, today is thrift store crafting day...woohoo! Smiley

The hubby and I are "on demand addicts" and we found their stand up on HBO and then realized they had a show, too! I saw crafting potential in it from the start, I just did not know that anybody else watched it until I met with my favorite cousin, AggieGirlKatelyn at Thanksgiving and of course she has seen it because she is cool like me!!

I tend to watch every show on HBO so when I saw the previews I knew I had to watch it. The second She's So Hot (Boom!) came on that first episode I was hooked.

I got into it their stand up via youtube and then found out they had done a radio series for the BBC. Got the cd and the obsession spiraled from there...
I was so excited when I heard they were making a tv show and then had to wait forever for it to be aired on british telly (I don't have sky). When it finally arrived on our screens it was well worth the wait though Smiley It has a bit of a cult following over here as it wasn't shown on one of the main channels- so us british FOC fans get to feel a bit smug and 'in the know' while we are laughing at their antics.

I was sad one day, so while in the car, my best friend played me their EP. I thought they were awesome, so she showed me one of the episodes, and I was hooked. She always plays them for me when I'm sad (we live in the same dorm, so we're always around). They never fail to make me happy. Then my brother bought them for me for christmas, and I'm slowly infecting everyone with a love for them.

I totally agree. I was feeing sorry last night when I decided to do some research and they perked me right up!
I knew about them year ago via 'Eagle vs. Shark.'  I had desperately wanted to see it, but couldn't figure out when and where it was showing (still haven't gotten the chance to see it).  Fastforward to a few months ago and a girl in my French class plays "Foux de Fa Fa" and I'm hooked from the very start.  I just finished watching all the episodes (except for two that my roommate made me skip so I could watch the David Bowie episode because I'm a huge David Bowie fan too).
