seeing as though i'm in votive mode, here are a couple more styles i made...

modge podged the paper, superglued the marbles, and duco cemented the beaded ribbon.  so easy and sparkly Smiley

hmmm...i think they'd be too thick.  but try it w/o gluing everything first.  my paper was pretty delicate, origami-type stuff.
*light bulb flashes overhead*
you could use an exacto to cut away some of the pattern and then they'd let some light through.  hey, I'M gonna try this... Wink

those look awesome!  

I have a bunch of baby food jars that I wrapped in sheer ribbon topped with a beaded ribbon, but they don't look as festive as your paper does!
