That yarn is so lovely. What do you plan on making with it? I hope you'll post pictures here when you have a finished project!

I love the journal - I'm a sucker for vintage patterns!
The yarn is lovely and the fabric for the bag is really great!

argh *%&^&# post office holiday.  According to USPS my package for Batgirl is still "accepted" at my local post office.  (duh - I saw the guy accept it myself - last Friday!)

I'm anxious for it to get to her - I felt bad about sending a day late.  And, of course, I could have tweaked things for another week or two before I was really happy with it. I guess it's good that there *are* deadlines Cheesy

So many lovely things in this swap.  Geezers rule  Grin

It's not that I don't want to swap, it's that I often don't have time.  But feel free to ask (especially if it's one that's not too time consuming).

FYI, for anyone who swaps with Batgirl in the future - she is an awesome partner.  Totally forgave my shortcomings, PLUS sent the best swap packages possible.

(My son was visiting over the weekend and he was super impressed with my table linens - trust me, that doesn't happen!)

I don't even know where to begin. The post woman showed up with a massive box with awesome librarian cartoons on it! I knew if even the *box* was that cool, whatever was inside was gonna be amazing. Little did I know.

Karen made....a shadow box of my right brain...seriously! Pretty much everything I love is in the gorgeous piece! I had asked for something decorative like a shadow box or assemblage for my romantic/20's/old hollywood bedroom, which is small and rather plain. Karen took the idea and made a masterpiece! I am completely blown away, it's like a bunch of tiny artworks in one.

Before you proceed, beware: you may want to spend hours looking at the pics, and if you are the envious type, your head could explode. Don't say I didn't warn you!

The whole thing:

it contains a bunch of removable jewelry!

some of the jewelry:

Look how perfect in my room!

*giddy* I just can't get over how much I love this!!

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Kiss
