K, I'm really not trying to be a board hog, I am just so excited to get to share with someone who "Gets it". I share my quilted projects with my non-quilting friends and they just give me that blank smile and nod, they have no idea how much work goes into them.

So anyway, here is a little wall hanging I made for my living room (And yes, I made one for my mom too LOL but mine is prettier, I don't like the fabrics she chose).

And here is a table runner I made last fall. There are stitched pumpkin vignettes between the log cabin blocks. I didn't make one of these for my mom, it was way too involved.

I know just what you are talking about. I have one friend that started quilting when I did and she is the only one that truly understands, for that matter crafting in general. This site is like I have come home to people that beat to the same drummer I do.

I really like your work. Both pieces are wonderful.

Both pieces are gorgeous! Your work is extremely impressive; my favorite part are the pumpkins you've sewn on.

Thank you for your compliments!!!

Laughingcat- I am glad you liked the pumpkins. I showed them to a friend who is a scrapper and she said "They look like a coloring page that didn't get colored" *Sigh*

Log cabin is one of my all-time fave blocks. I also love autumn colours. Great job!

You don't love a woman  because she is beautiful; She is beautiful because you love her.

Life is short, Break the rules,
Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly,
Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably,
And never regret anything that made you smile.
