I just love using silver foil for the bottom of the cupcake. Last time I tried doing this, the foil got oxidized in the kiln and turned a tan color. This time it worked out perfect, although in retrospect I should have folded the foil to put little creases in it like real cupcake wrappers have.

Cute cute cute!  How long have you worked with glass?  How big is your kiln?

I've been taking a beginners fusing class for a year now. The class has a bunch of kilns - theres huge kilns that must be 3.5 feet long all the way down to tiny ones that are less that a foot wide. The best part is the class is only $20 per semester. It's the best.

It's very nice!
I like the little speckles on the top of the cupcake and the blue all around the sides.
