Very impressive! Keep up the good work! (and the good lighting, as panul mentioned; you don't want to get eye-strain headaches!)

I've made some progress on my project, but not enough to warrant a photo of the progress, I think.  Smiley Mainly just filling in gaps in areas that were already in progress, since I'm finding some pretty big errors in my x-stitch counting as I work from the edges into the middle. I've been working on several smaller projects over the summer (some photos of those in my gallery).
And now a moment of silence for DarkLilac.com going offline.  Sad

I'm so close to finishing my big piece, but I ran out of one colour thread. So annoyed.

Sorry about the triple post!

Anyway, pictures:

Next month I'm going to cut it into the tree skirt shape, and back it with some Christmas fabric (the back is awful: stains, bad threads etc).

I'm going to work on small projects for awhile now.

Y'know, you could technically get away with stopping right where you are and inserting a square frame in the remaining space, filling it with a relevant quotation...If you're really sick and tired of it.  Smiley You're doing a gorgeous job.
