Jazzturtle- I'm so glad you posted pics of your yarns! I ordered Kimono from loop too, and it's cool seeing what you did with it. Smiley I'm going to try and have mine done by next Fiber Friday.

Mandalinn- Freak Show is sooo awesome!

forgive the links! crafster doesnt support flickr! i didnt know that!

You can, indeed use flickr to post photos here. Here is a post I wrote about how to do just that.

Here's the most recent thing I've spun:

8 ounces of superwash merino, in light worsted to worsted weight. It's from one of the old Crown Mountain Farms rovings, in the colorway Hang on Sloopy.

I bring pretties!
The fibre is a super fine merino in 'Sea Beast' colorway- I got it from a fibre club on etsy and the name of the shop escapes me but that's ok the shop is closed now. I spun it up using a technique I read here- tear the roving into long thin strips, spin it up with minimal drafting, dunk in hot and cold water to felt, let it dry, then un twist. I'm so excited with how it turned out!
erm, excuse the spot on the floor.  Roll Eyes
About 150 yards, 4 oz. Mow I need to decide what to make with it!

ack, nursing while typing........

That's awesome!

Everyone's yarn is so fun! So many colors, I just want to dye! (heh)

I hope to get that  rainbow sherbert sherbert finished this week. I went away for the weekend so I wan't able to spin. But I have almost a bobbin full. I usually fill the second pretty quick. I love it so far...

I like making stuff. Rumor has it, I'm an elf. Like a Santa Elf, not one of those elegant LOTR types.  Mostly because I compulsively craft and partially because I have green shoes.
