i loves dollhouse and miniature and it would be nice to have a board here for dollhouse & miniature discussions and so on.

Yes please! I would love to be able to network with some miniature makers!  I think it is something that would take off fast- especially with all the Blythe/BJD (?) folks around here.  I know there have been a few requests for that type of board- It could all just be rolled into one but maybe sectioned out?

I would love to see this too, because as it is you have to hunt through the toys, polymer clay, misc and other boards to find the things that make up the miniatures and dollhouse posts. I'd like to see it made easier for everyone to connect and find the advice and inspirations needed for this area.

I think this is an AMAZING idea.  I've been totally obsessed with knickertwists miniatures and altered doll houses and would love to have a board making them easier to find!

I love doing dolls houses, and just don't have time to go hunting through everything to find suitable projects!

(although if we do get a seperate board, would be willing to do some searching to provide links to start the board off)

I have to agree miniatures are currently in several different places. miscellaneous, polymer clay, toys and  have made appearances in the glass boards, paper boards and even in the jewelry and trinket board-  there is also a craftalong for wee houses  since this is a craft  that never really goes out of vogue it certainly deserves it's own board or at the very least a second look, Please reconsider adding a miniatures board

It's been a while since I was back here. Sad to see so little commentary when there are so very many people into miniatures. Hopefully the craftalong will remind people of their love!

It would be nice to have the miniatures on one board. For dollhouse lovers, it'd be a wonderful source of inspiration and ideas. And even for those who aren't into dollhouses, it looks like there are a lot of craftsters who love tiny things, and make them for other reasons. Or make them 'just because', which is a great reason all by itself! Who wouldn't love a  board where every post makes you go, 'Aww!'

I would love this too, especially since making miniatures is one of my main crafts.  It would be great to have a dedicated board for us to share tips/tutorials and post our work because right now, it's so confusing to know where to post our projects so it's all over the place in different categories!

I've been putting all my links for minis and doll houses in this thread, 127 pages so far so you know there's interest. If there was a board for this I could fill up 2 or 3 pages just with the links I've posted to this thread alone! It would be so great to be able to find all the poly fruit and teensy embroidery creatures and other mini wonders in one place, I'd love that. Room boxes, shadow boxes, altered altoid tins and shrines would go with this theme too as they are all miniature little worlds. It could be a busy place!

I'm a little late to the party, but I would like to put in another vote for a miniatures board. It would be great to be able to find all of it in one place, instead of spread out over many different boards. It would save a lot of time searching.
