I like the first one.

Mar, where'd you get the stamp for that envelope?

I think the first invite is lovely!

And thekster, I found scrolly stamps in a similar style at WalMart recently for less than 10 dollars. I was psyched!

You can also order them from Impress, one of my fave stamp places!

ehinders - i like the first one but i don't like the ball of something in the corner. perhaps you could move the whole image so that only the flowers, leaves and stems are showing? or move them to the bottom of the page, so that the flowers are standing upwards?

the second one is much too simple, both the font and the images.

It's a Rhonda Farrer clear stamp set. I ordered it on line.
I can't remember where, but the same one is on this page:

ehinders, I really love the green floral splash at the bottom of the first one. What don't you love about it? Maybe reducing the size, or softening the shading. Are you using a vector? You've got some great ideas!

I'm just not a huge fan of the graphic on the first one, but I agree that the second one is too simple. I've been playing around with it some more and came up with two other options. My FH and I really like the song "We Danced" by Brad Paisley since we became friends when he taught me to jitterbug. Smiley We were thinking of doing a semi-themed wedding around that and making cds as favors. So I tried a dancing couple on one. And of course hydrangeas! What do you think of the new ones?

P.S. the font of the invitation itself isn't the right one, still looking for something I really like.

The dancing couple sort of has an art deco asthetic to it. You might want to look at some pretty deco fonts, they would go really well with that image.

i don't mean to offend, but the second invite just doesn't seem to... "go" together.  i'm not sure what to suggest, but something should tie them all together.  hope that helps and doesn't sound bitchy  Undecided

Thanks! Do you think the initials still look okay with couple or is it out of place? Here's a version with a more art deco font, but I'm worried about it not being easy to read.

Yeah I know what you mean. I'm just having a hard time incorporating the colors (blue and green) with anything. I really an struggling with how to put it all together (blue/green colors, hydrangeas, dancing.) Just not sure what to do! Huh Anyone have some bright ideas?
