I hope this is on the right board - I haven't been on craftster for soo long because of uni stuff Sad

New year - new resolution - be on craftster more *yay*

Anyway down to business.... mine and my friend's 20th birthday are a day apart so we're going to have a joint birthday "do". We're going to go into bars/clubs in fancy dress. The only requirement is that you dress up either as something beginning with "H" or "L" (the first letters of our names). We only decided on it tonight - and we have til the end of march :p we had a go at coming up with some stuff - I just wondered if any of you crafty lot had any ideas.....

H

Nelson (Horatio)
Hulk Hogan
Hobnob (I think this is what I'm planning to go as! As long as I can be a chocolate one! I have some brown leggings and plan to make a huge cardboard thing that goes over my shoulders - ideas anyone?)
Hells Angels
Hot air balloon
Hobo
Human rights activist(!)
Head of state - ie King or Queen

L
Lightbulb
Lemming
Lion
Leopard
Leper
Leprechaun

We got tired after a while - we're gonna get a dictionary tomorrow (instead of revision for our exams!)

Any ideas welcome!!!

you don't want to wear a huge anything going into nightclubs. Or anything that drags on the floor ; ) Been there, done that. That said I'm sure you guys can come up with plenty of things that will allow freedom of movement, won't get you strangled because some idiot stood on your skirt... etc.

LOL at going out dressed as a leper on your birthday!
Wish I had more to contribute than that!
