Again, I hope that I'm doing this right. I dried the flowers by putting them face down on a sheet of newspaper right after I picked them. Make sure that the flowers are dry or they'll rot. If I couldn't press them right away I put them in a plastic bag and put them in a cooler or the refrigerator depending on where I was. Then put lots of sheets of newspapers on top before repeating the process. Next put a heavy weight on top so that the flowers are pressed flat. I used a board the width of the newspapers to keep the pressure even and put a BIG rock on top. It takes about 2 weeks to dry a batch.
