I am a nerd. Like a BIG nerd.
Just wanted to get that out in the open.  Smiley

A small group of friends and I play Warhammer. I would have never thought it would be something I would get in to, but it is SO much fun.

My best friend  and her hubby called & told me that they had bought some black velvet and wanted to make dice bags for our Warhammer group for Christmas presents. I thought it was a fabulous idea since the dice are a big part of the game. They came over and the husbands found a symbol used in the game and I digitized it. She and I then embroidered the symbol and each persons name on the velvet. I sewed up the bags and she put in the drawstrings. We really loved how they turned out. Here is a few pics and a simple tuturial on how they were made.

This is awesome!  My husband plays Warhammer as well, so a dice bag might be something to make for his birthday!!

haha, that's pretty cool. I just use a bertie botts every flavor beans bag for my dice when I go play.

(yes I am one of the very very small minority of cute girls who play table top RPGs)   Grin
