With Racky's help, I've come up with a way to organize this swap.

It will be somewhat like the tip-in with a twist swap:
  • I'll have sign-ups open for a week or 10 days
  • Partners will be assigned every two weeks, and sends will be every two weeks
  • Send dates will be on the off-weeks of the tip-in swap
  • You will be able to opt out of a round if you need/want to
  • You will be able to drop out at any point after your packages are received if you need/want to

I'm thinking that I might open sign-ups February 4, with the first send on February 27.  What do you all think?

Me, too!

Also, I saw some 4x4 chipboard coasters on Ebay for $3.50 (15 to a pack, includes shipping).  Just in case, like me, you are too lazy to make your own Wink

I've got lots of "stuff" to cut mine from  Cheesy.
I still haven't worked up my nerve to hit up the frame shop yet  Sad.

I like the idea of working this around the tip-in. Count me in!

My DH will be mad with me (but not surprised at all  Roll Eyes ) for this but...Im in. I have an overflowing crafting list right now (2 'pirate'stlye coats inc pockets & lining to wing, 1 bead instruction kit, 1 cross-stitch kit 1/2 done, exploring ATC's etc etc AND a quilting craftalong that is 2 mothns behind)  as well as wanting to play my DH & I's MMO and single player games  - but, what the heck I fancy trying this  Grin

I might only manage a few rounds but we shall see - is mixed media/fabric/beading acceptable? I can back the fabric onto heavy card if that is preferable.

Any media will be acceptable -- drawing, beading, fabric, collage, paint, stamping -- whatever you can do will be perfect.

I'm glad you are in bushbaby!  Smiley
