First of all, I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place...

Anyway, tonight I was getting my nightly craftster fix when I turned to my boyfriend and said "I feel like being crafty" to which he replied, "ok then be crafty".  After a few minutes of pondering, I decided to make my little (21 year old and taller than me and I'm 22) sister something to hold the million pairs of earrings and necklaces she has. While this may not hold everything I am quite proud of it.

Basically I painted an ugly green frame a pretty blue color, decorated it, added some ribbons to hang earrings on, added some thumb tacks to hang necklaces on and viola!

Tell me what you think!

I love it, the colors are so cheerful! I would like to see a picture of it with the jewelry on.

I love it! What a smart way of storing earrings. You push them trough the ribbon and put the backpart on right? The colours and ribbons are so sweet. Thanks for sharing!

That is SO creative!

Something like that would work for my daughter.
