Hi, I'm new on this board. I want to do a round dish cloth, but without the points. I have an idea, and can't get it out.

thanks if you can point me in the right direction!

Uh, maybe you could knit it as is but instead of binding off for each point, just keep the stitches on there? I don't know if that would work.

NOPE. I googled and ta dah: http://www.knittingonthenet.com/patterns/clothpinwheel.htm
As a thank you, you must post your FO here.  Grin

So I finally put the thread on notify, but somehow notify doesn't work.  I hope the circle is working out for you.

On another note, I am finding it hard to find the time to update the list as of yet, but next weekend I have a four day weekend, so hopefully then.

Just wanted to share this link to lots of stitch patterns that would work well for dishcloths:

(I like being able to choose from all of the design photos!)

Okay, I asked for a round pattern a while back. I promised to show you what I did with it.

Well, I never used the one you found, instead I chose another dishcloth pattern, one like a snowflake.

Well, I handspun some wool for a friend, and here's what happened:

I turned it into a hat! Thank you so much.

Now to actually try a dishcloth, lol! I promise, I will knit the round dishcloth, ahem, as a dishcloth??? we'll see.

Well, it is an incredibly gorgeous hat, I'm so glad you shared it with us.

Oh Yeah, my dishcloth I did for the swap:

My partner, KimberlyPye, actually took a much better picture:

Sewknitter- your handspun is pretty. Not sure it is meant to be those colors but they look like minty green and chocolate. I love that color combo.
myklia- That dishcloth is so cute, i'd smile every time i used it in the kitchen.  Cheesy

A Starfish cloth I made for my swap partner.

I knit 5 arms so it looked more like a starfish.
