hey there.  so, i had this pair of thrift store pants that i started cutting up long ago, and sort of forgot about, and i lost the legs when i moved this summer.  yesterday i pulled it out and made an apron out of it.  what do ya think?

here it is modeled by my decrepit dress form (its older than me.)

this is what the bow looks like tied in the back

the pocket is the pocket from the back of the pants, and the ones on the front/hips are still functioning pockets. ^,^

poorly photographed action shot!

I love it, but that fabric would drive me crazy. I would get so distracted and probably would feel incredibly uncomfortable until I read every word on it.
I love the color you have your hair, by the way.

heh, thanks guys.  the fabric was a remnant i got and it has old headlines about all sorts of major history events, like Amelia Erhart flying, kennedy assassination, vietnam war, etc.  there was only about 1/2 a yard, but its pretty cool.

Haha, yeah, it would drive me nuts. I've been known to get lost in the back of cereal boxes, even.

The connotations wearing my nerves thin
Could it be semantics generating the mess we're in?
I understand that language breeds stereotype
But what's the explanation for the malice, for the spite?

Wow, I love it! I especially love that fabric you have with the denim, it's great! And so unique!
