Nice job!  How does the size specified in the book work out?  I'm partway through knitting it right now, and it just looks kind of small, so I'm a little worried that I'll finish up and have it be so tight that it just pops off my head... Smiley

Here's my rendition.  Cables don't much show up on it due to the wildly fuzzy yarn.  Smiley

eeep....I love this hat.   This was my first attempt at cables and I love doing cables now.  I think I've made 5 of these now for friends and I made a teeny tiny one for my new neice.  I'm going to try and post a pic of my son modeling it for me (that is if I can figure out how to post it) and my neice's hat.
