I was surfing some crafy sites and searching for nintendo stuff and found this cool blog: http://www.spritestitch.com/   I used the pac-man grid and plan on using some of the others soon!
I stitched this for my baby girl who is due in just 2 weeks.
I snapped the pic before ironing... well because I don't iron.  I'll just wash it.
I used a bib from Charles Craft.  I must say it's not great quality.  The whole bib is flimsy and the aida stitching area moves around too much and doesn't hold any shape.

My aunt made bibs out of handtowels and even "stitched" aida cloth to them when she finished the cross-stitch pattern, that way it hides the back of the crossstitch too!  Baby is starting out well with pacman Smiley  Congrats!

Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michaelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein.
