Talking to yourself is really not so bad. I think outloud all the time at work or at home. People who know me get so confused. Now when I answer myself they get rally thrown off! lol

I finished my siblings birthday presents! Now I can get to crafting again. I'm not to far off now. Just the small stuff and the little bit of hand sewing. However I did manage to stab myself in the finger with the seam ripper and jam my finger under the knob that hold the needle on my machine. So I'm letting those rest at the moment and should be back to crafting for the swap tomorrow or the next day. Smiley Oh and stabbing yourself with a seam ripper is not fun! Luckily I managed not to bleed on the fabric.

Twistedblood (my partner) -   I'm SO SORRY to hear about your mom. I'm actually having a hard time crafting as well as I've had a REALLY bad week. Has anyone actually had to stay overnight at a psych ward? Not FUN....I got flashed and threatened a few times. Shudder....

so yeah...I have no quams if you need a little more time!

o0o yeah i know what it's like. when i was 13 i stayed in one for 2mnths, i was a really bad kid, had a run in with some hardcore drugs and woke up there, needless to stay i got stuck there for 2mnths and when i told them i was fine they were just like sure sure sure, those places are what make you go crazy, i swear to god i felt like my sanity was slipping through my fingers. deffanatlly book righting matterial. i got one half way done but some of the memories hurt to much to think about and it got put on hold. i'll never touched another drug in my life as long as i live.

I havent posted much on the board- partially because I've been sick, and partially because I havent had much to update on yet...

But my partner and I have been swapping NOVELS (or just really long long emails) so we're both on the same page and happy as clams. I'm also starting to think we may secretly be the same person- we have so much in common- can you do a swap with yourself? Our doggies are different, her's is a girl & mine's a boy- so I guess thats good enough for swappage to ensue.

Consider yourselves updated!  Grin

I know this is from, like, days ago.  But it had me busting up laughing!  As the partner in question, I have the same thoughts now and again, too.  I think NyteRyan is my long lost twin.  I am adopted, so you never know Cheesy

I managed to get a medium and 3 smalls done before I left on my buisness trip.  I've been in wonderful El Paso for 5 days, but have yet to discover a hotel-room friendly craft.  My coworker suggested I go rent a sewing machine for the weekend, but we decided to road trip to Roswell instead.  I have been designing a large project during my meetings (*blush*) and hope to get started on that next weekend.  Then, who knows how many small things I will end up doing before the 15th.

Also, just want to say I'm wishing the best for all of you going through hard times right now, be it personal or family stuff.  Take care and I hope things get better soon.

Ugh, I think this weekend was full of awful things - personal, technical, electronical (is that a word?) - I'm off to add a few extra prayers tonight, I think.

I managed to get HSG some photos finally - DH lost the laptop power cord and the battery's been missing and that's of course where ALL of my puppy photos are. So I had to dig around in my backup CDs until I found one that worked. Thank god for those - even though I had to dig through nearly all 24 for 2007 before I found one that had any photos on it! Ick.

So to close the night, some cuteness for all:
