Love love love the turtles. how did you print the fabric? I've never understood that??

I bought mine at Hobby Lobby its printable canvas that comes in sheets with a peelable paper back. all you do is load it in an inkjet printer like regular paper, print what you want then sew! I love it! I made a lil pillow with a photo of my angelbaby on it with it. Not too expensive either. I think I paid 10 bucks for 8 sheets

Where do you put the pockets?  All I got is *where you want them* I am not sure where I would want them.....!
Do you have measurements for me?  Please tell me you jotted down where you put the pockets - I would hate to put them where a fold ends up being!

I have learned a lesson *again* - read all your directions before starting... I went as far as cutting out my material.. then realized that I should follow the easy zipper directions.. then recut my material and innerfacing for the inside material and then realized I needed iron in innerfacing... Yea,my brain is fried.  I admit it.  I should read the directions to a project before I start!

I am all ready to go though ... pretty practice material... zipper is sewn and ready to go.. just scratching my head on pocket placement!

I folded the wallet how I wanted it folded, then placed my pockets from there. basically did a little mock up before sewing in.

Craftydeb, i did exactly what daina did! I folded mine and kinda put a crease where the folds would end up. If you want measurements I can still get them but its gonna be a few hours Im on my way to church and dinner with the fam before they head to Cali. for a week.

The pockets I have drawn on my "pattern"
 are: (the top of the pocket) 4" and 4 1'3" from the top of the wallet.
Each section measures aprox. 3 1/4".

I didn't do the zipper pocket on this, mostly because I'd just finished two other zippered things and couldn't stand the thought of doing another!!
