I made these prairie skirts for my daughters for Christmas, and I finally got around to taking a picture of the four of them together.  The design is from the book, Sew Teen by Sheila Zent.  I saw this skirt sewn on Uncommon Threads and had to have the book!  It has a lot of cute projects in it, and they're so easy!

Haha!
I saw the same episode of Uncommon Threads not long ago and was considering making one for myself!
Is the book really good?
Most sewing books I find have one or two nice ideas and the rest is a bit blah....And after buying so many I have to be strict with myself. Cheesy
You did a great job-it must have taken a while to do all of those!

the book really is a good one--the instructions are easy because it's intended for teens to sew the projects themselves.  My girls want to make several of the outfits.

that's my favorite, too!  She's my pickiest daughter when it comes to clothes, so I was really worried about making one for her at all--but she loves it!
