old candle wax

I have all this used/old candle wax that i would hate to throw away. Any ideas on what i could do with it?

you could make a batik

just melt the wax paint a design with it on fabric

then put it in dye the parts were the wax was will stay the original color

Im sure you can find site on batiks for better directions I hope I inspired you ^_^

Melt it down and make a new candle with it.  If you have any of those tealight tins, use them for molds.

Small yogurt containers or jello cups also make awesome candle molds.

Not very crafty, but I guess it falls under "reuse".  Just throw the extra pieces into a warmer to get out that scent one last time.  I have a few jars that I just rotate on the warmer.  I rotate which one I throw the scraps into also.  Just an idea.

I recently finished up a candle in a jar.  I used a tall taper and a bunch of wax chunks from old candles to re-fill the jar.  I made sure to try to keep the taper straight up-and-down and centered in the jar.  The wax of the "new" jar candle doesn't melt completely across, but I'm satisfied that this is an acceptable way to re-use old wax candle chunks without the added effort of actually *making* my own candles!
