I'm in. So far this year, I've done some paintings and collages, and I made a stuffed seahorse for my boyfriend, but I really want to start some hardcore sewing projects. Mmmm inspiration!

i have also worked on (but not completed) four stockings and a table runner all meant to be completed in time for this past christmas, but...well, yeah. we see how that worked out. it doesn't matter because i'm actually more in the mood for christmas projects now than i was in november/december because i had so much going on. the yoga mat bag is still a work in progress (i'm actually just trying to find the "perfect" zipper...i need a 30" that isn't ugly beige and i don't think i'm going to find it) and also an amy butler weekender (i'm getting the rest of my fabric this weekend...changed my mind about parts of it and needed a little extra).

Yeaahh! I've been stalking and realized I should post my January stuff. I was waiting until a swap ended so I wouldn't ruin any surprises.

#1: Earrings, I finally bought the tools and started! I made 3-5 sets, I keep forgetting because I gift them as soon as I make them.

#2: Hoodie for hoodie swap!

The front:

#3: Calorimetry for Mom! It was actually for Xmas but I had to make it THREE times before I got it right. And this last one I made in January.  Wink There's the thumbnail of failed #2.

#4: Knitted Sushi, I love nonedible foods!

Which went into my #5, my first yarn ball. Sorry for the mug shot!

#6 Dyed yarn with Kool-aid! I made 2 different skeins, here is an action shot:

More next month! Thank you for looking!

Its basically a really long zip 5 or 10 metres with a number of slides. You can then cut it to whatever size you want. Here is the link to the one I bought. I'm in Australia but you should be able to find one closer than that. I was after a 50 inch zip and my local store doesn't stock them that big.
