Alright, I'm ordering myself a set of Options interchangeable circs.
I want to magic loop with it, so I want to get another cable to do so with.
However, I don't know what length to get.

On the site they have
40"
47"
and 60"

What size would be best?

40 works for most things. Smiley The minimum Amy on Knitting Help recommends is 24".  I find that for most things, the 47 is a bit long (it starts curling on itself and getting in the way).

I just learned magic loop for a pair of socks, and 29 inches is plenty for that project...I guess it depends on what you're knitting.

I've always done fine with 40".

Thanks Smiley
I currently have them holding a 47" for me, but I'm glad I asked before I ordered it!
