I thought it was you, but I was afraid to guess!  I suppose I could have opened a new window, couldn't I?  Oh well, congratulations mimiw!  We can't wait to see your goods.

I'm back to work tonight...took a break last night for a nap and my class.  I have one item (and its internal components) cut out and laid out...just need to do the stitching!

I am going to run to my favorite junk store to see if I can find anything that just HAS to be in superhooker's box then I think I am done!

Thanks everyone!  Happy to finally know the original painting.  Smiley

I am a bit sidetracked from crafting right now as DANG it, every single book I had on hold has come in at the library all at the same time!  So I've got a few days of hard reading ahead of me.  Stayed up way too late last night to consume the first book, oops.

Well Ms Camelama, I'm very close to  half-way done with the medium item and about 1/3 with both small items.  I've determined my course of action for one of those small items, and dagnabit! I'm going to have to buy a new crafting tool.  Poop!   Wink

I have the small items ready (crafted by someone else) and am more than halfway finished with the medium item.  It is a lot of fun to imagine HKFleming's enjoyment and use of the items.

Here's my inspirational photo!

These are my "beuseful" shoes, which were designed by me, and handcrafted by a local woman in Chico CA.  They were made to fit my feet, and they are the most comfy shoes I've ever had!  The buttons were also locally made by a woodworker, they are walnut shells. whats more beuseful than a great pair of shoes, eh?

I would have posted a couple more pics from around the house, but my dial up speed makes uploading such a chore!

Can't wait to see the gallery!!!
