Got an hour to spare?  Need to pare down that stash?
Knit a scarf!

Warm and Fuzzy, a group of friendly teen knitters in San Francisco, is collecting scarves for the homeless and impoverished in the Bay Area and we need your help!  An hour or two of your time can make a world of difference for someone in need.  Warm and Fuzzy asks you to spend that time knitting (or crocheting!)  Smiley.  A hand-made scarf is not only personal and priceless, it's practical, too!
Knit a scarf between now and Valentine's Day and, well, feel the love.  Wink

Donate your scarf at any of the following locations:

3897 18th St (at Sanchez)

Greenwich Yarn
2073 Greenwich St (at Webster)

Atelier Yarns
1945 Divisadero St (between Pine and California)

Mendels/Far-Out Fabrics
1556 Haight St (between Clayton and Ashbury)

The Gables
5636 Geary Blvd (at 21st Ave)

601 Irving St (at 7th Ave)

OH!  I'm in a similar club at my University.  We get donations for yarn scraps or unwanted yarn and needles and make hats/scarves/mittens for homeless people.  We should do a joint donation day.  We plan on donating in early February when the semester gets going again.  PM me if you'd like to get in touch about it!
