Alright, sometimes I find myself drooling over knit items that UO has and thinking that I could just knit one up myself instead of buying it.
It's the same thing this time, except I need a reality check! Is this babydoll actually feasible?

that sweater is soooo adorable!

i don't think it would be too hard.. but.. i'm fairly new to knitting.. so i don't think i'm a good judge.. but it just looks like a cardigan.. but the bottom is separate.. and larger than the chest portion.. if that makes sense... i guess there would have to be some tucks or pleats in the back to make it hang nice.. (i'm going by what i would do for sewing..)  haha.. sorry for the blab.. Cheesy

Looks a bit like Juliet to me:

Just make it wide at the front so it closes, and swap the lace for cables.

was going to say the same thing! a lot of people find that the pattern knits up very large (theres a kal on the sexy knitters blog, maybe worth looking at if you go for this pattern)
