I stenciled/painted this for a swap a while ago:

I just stenciled the black outline of the bird and filled in the rest myself!

I am positive your partner liked it. They'd be crazy not to  Smiley

Are the swirls painted too. They kinda look like embroidery.

generally i hate birds (they scare the heck outta me) but i LOVE! this one, the colors work so well together. You did a great job, i thought it was embroidery at first too!

Best episode of 'Cops' ever made:

drunk lady- "for arts, such as.... crafts?"

Thanks!  It's all paint!  I got one of those fabric paint samplers (with just a little pot of each color of paint) so I had a bunch of colors to choose from!

Super pretty design, and the colors remind me of pastels pencils. Smiley
