This is my first attempt at making gloves and I'm so pleased with them!  I've never attempted gloves before - I always thought they were too tricky - but this pattern from Louisa Harding's Gathering Roses Accessories collection was so easy to follow.  And the fingers even fit!

(there you go! you just click the 2nd icon on the 2nd row that looks like a little picture frame, [ img ] will appear and you insert the link to the image between those)

I love the yarn! It's so pretty.  I'm not patient enough for gloves but I really need some.  Tongue

Life isn't complete 'til you crochet a uterus for a friend.  Just make sure your fallopian tubes point down and not up! No one needs to lose an eye this way! Wink

Oh thank you sooo much!  I'm going to spend the next few days off totally learning how to upload pictures onto here.  I'm so glad I've found craftster - it's so nice to find so many like minded (and slightly nutty, when it comes to crafting) people.  Like, where else could I confess that I've just spent 30 on vintage buttons from ebay?  Obviously I'm going to tell my other half I got them for a fiver!  But I think I've ordered about 100 of the little beauties!  Anyone else would think me mad but I've got a feeling many of the people here will understand.

Those gloves are lovely. I've knitted with that yarn. I love the colourways, the lightness and the warmth... but the mohair was so itchy I had to give my gloves away.  Cry.

Lovely gloves though.
