I think I could go for this swap!  I've never swapped before and am kind of freaked out about the responsibility of it all, but still maybe this would be a good starter swap for me.  Hmmm.  Thanks for linking to my toothpaste post!

MistressT, I've never organized before, so it'll be a first time for both of us.   Wink  Don't stress.  It's fun to swap.  This will be a pretty low-key one, as far as crafting is concerned.  One medium piece will have to be crafted, and if you want to craft the other two items, that will be between you and your partner.

Time frame works for me - I can't wait!  I've been looking to join another swap for a while, but none struck my fancy.

Humm, hummm...I'm having second thoughts about my proposed dates, because I realize I actually have more time now than I will in Feb.  Plus I'm just really excited to start.  What would you guys think about my posting signups today or tomorrow, to close around 1/10, with sendouts in February?  Maybe a 3-4 week crafting time?

I want to make it long enough that people have time to sniff out really special treasures that will suit their partners tastes... and achieving beautiful and useful perfection will take a bit of time, I expect.

Sound reasonable?  I'm flexible if this doesn't work for folks...

And a little beautiful, useful eye candy:

Crafting time is 4+ weeks.

See you there.

And by the way, babychel, might I just say, that is the cutest darn kitty I have ever seen.  In a tissue box!  Too cute, I tell you.
