I made little plushie versions of my dad & stepmom out of felt!
They're pretty small, only about 4-5 inches tall.

Their hands are stuck together with velcro!  I originally wanted to put magnets behind their mouths and make them magnety-kiss like those halmark bears, but the magnets I bought weren't strong enough to go through felt. D:

My dad doesn't have brown hair anymore, but I can pretend he does.

They were the talk of our Christmas party, hahah, and now theyre sitting atop the TV in their bedroom.

OK, well this is the first time I've ever made a tutorial, or a pattern, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask me!

NOTE: use normal sewing thread, not embroidery thread or their noses will be all chunky lookin'

Those are such great personal gifts.  I love your step moms hair...it really looks like the wind is blowing it.  I am just realizing how much fun and hassle free felt can be.  yay.  Did you do it all by hand?  They will love those forever.  Well done.
