Wow! I'm glad to see some interest! Sign-ups mid-January, send-outs early March? Is that good for everyone?

Hmm. I'd personally prefer a sign up slightly earlier (like the second week of January?) since I start back school on the 23rd and I'm nervous about my workload this semester.
If a later send out works better for everyone else, though, I still might be up for it. This sounds like it will be a lot of fun ^_^.

So I guess we should change this swap to the "Fairy Tale Swap 2" (3?) since there were some other  swaps previously?

Great idea, and even more importantly--I can think up some cool crafts to make for it! What kind of requirements are you thinking of?

I was basically considering the standard one big, one medium, one small type scenario ... if that's good with everyone else!

I'd be interested in participating.  I'm waiting on another swap too, but I have a craft that will work well with several fairy tales, so I'm sure I could make both swaps work.

Would this swap be based on your partner's favorite fairy tale, or would it be a little more random?

I'm thinking it will be based on several of your partner's favorite fairy tales. What do you guys think?

I'm thinking if everyone nominates 3-4 favourite fairytales then partners can choose to craft for one or all or whatever based on what inspires them.

I think this sounds good, but also maybe add in recurring themes or images that you really like, i.e. "wicked stepmother," "magical kiss," or images of castles,  etc

Okay, cool cats, here is that deal:

I am seriously (SERIOUSLY SERIOUSLY) considering signing up for the Ongoing Wish Swap 30. This is a big deal for me, acos I have never done an ongoing swap. So-o... I don't think I'll be able to organize this right away. How does everyone think of sign-ups in late January/early February, send-outs early March? I won't be able to organize before then. However, if someone else is willing to organize, I would be totally fine with that! (And pretty grateful!)
