After seeing nika74's Gir jacket, my oldest daughter had to have one.  Going totally off the pics and with no pattern, I managed to pull it off.  She loves it!  She put it on when she unwrapped it this morning and hasn't taken it off all day.

And since my youngest daughter LOVES green and monkeys, I decided to give hoodie-making another shot.  This is how hers turned out.  I used an iron-on for the patch, but I may replace it with an embroidered one if this one doesn't hold up well in the laundry.

Thanks!  They really didn't take long to make, so I'm sure there will be more in my future as all 3 of us (and my mom) practically LIVE in hoodies in cold weather.
