So technically I made this a few months ago, hope thats ok!

Really would like to try another one but at the same time I almost wish I had done it much larger...In a jar or something. Not sure which approach I want to take with the next one.

The Miyazaki crafting shall go on, but seriously,
3 days ago when i saw a new totoro craft i decided i just had it with the fact that i have no idea who the heck he is. so i went on youtube and watched my neighbor totoro, and fell in love, and later that evening i went to my pile of library manga (i'm a giant manga/anime nerd) and lo and behold, i have kiki's delivery service, so after i finished reading the first 3 books, i fell alseep and watched it on the computer the next morning. The movie was not available on youtube, because no one bothered to say its copyrighted so youtube deleted it, but i found a site that has all studio ghibli movies and TONS and TONS of other anime, so after that i watched howls moving castle, today i watched princess mononoke, and i hated it, i had a bad day, and it was supposed to make me feel better, but it didn't.
Let the crafting awesomeness go on! totoro tree!

OMG i just realized the furry keychain
(the size of a tennis ball) i bought 2 years ago is a soot puff! yeah!

Hello all!  I made this this weekend because my two year old was toting around a skein of yarn as a baby ohm ;p  She's a big fan of Nausicaa, and i can certainly think of worse role models. Cheesy

OOOHHH my goodness! I want one!
Did you happen to write down the pattern as you made this?!?!

Well these aren't new items from me, but last year I made scads of Kodama charms to give away to participants of a Studio Ghibli ATC swap I hosted. I just love them! (Pardon everything saying IceKat when I post it; that's my more common username.)
