I recently purchased some Caron Simply Soft, and decided to do this CAL with it.  So here is dreamcatcher again:

yellowduckie, as always, you squares look awesome! And, you'll probably catch right up with the new round of Simply Soft squares, you're so speedy. I was working on my July '07 square and doing really well until Round 11. I'm going to have to graph it out to make sure I'm doing it right. Then I can do July '08! And not be so far behind Wink

Selnith, keep plugging away- I'm still plugging away on the '07 CAL Cheesy

Ok... stupid question time! Is THIS the 2007 cal that everyone is getting squares from? Or is there another thread that I'm missing?

Yup, that's the one! Somewhere (maybe in this thread, even-I don't think many folks, if any, did fillers last year), I also came across a link to a bunch of 12" squares. I saved all of the patterns, so I don't have the link anymore...

Some of the links from last year's CAL don't work because the patterns have been removed, but someone who is still working on it, can probably get you any that are missing Wink

A couple of weeks ago, I decided to play catch up and crochet the squares so far.  I chose so really different color combos, but I think they'll look unified when I put a single border color on them and join them together.  I did that with the 2007 cal squares and liked the effect.  It makes a nice, little afghan.  Smiley

Anyhoo, here's the pics of what I've done so far:
January

February

March

April

May

June

July

and, finally, August!

Sorry about the massive pics!  Shocked  Next month, I'll only post September!   Grin

yellowduckie, your squares look so nice and neat. Are you going to start another afghan with the caron ss or are you adding these squares to the afghan you already started?

kyreth, I love your color combinatiions.
