Mine ended up measuring just a bit over 9 inches.  I didn't add anything at the time (the aunt who's putting them together said she'd add to it).  Like I said before, it was really odd for me, who's squares are 90% spot on.

I just noticed the pattern calls for an H hook. When they call for an I hook I usually go with J. If you guys are coming out small I'll probably have to stick with a J for this one also.

I love the July square! I'm still working on my June square, row eight kicked my butt for some reason. But I think I have it worked out now so off I go!

That's exactly where I had trouble! I adjusted it a bit, because I was ending up with weird numbers of sc in the corners if I followed it exactly. I haven't done row 9 yet, so hopefully it all works out okay!

Yeah, I couldn't figure out row 8, I just did it like they said and we'll see how it works out in the end. I can't wait to get started on Julys square!
