LoL Mienna  -  I had a few chats with people since my post and looked up lots of fun square patterns - there is so much more to crochet now that I'm open to the idea of squares it's amazing... the limited patterns in my head were well... of my own thoughts Cheesy

Mochaxlight - when I get there, I'll sure have to look up more blocking techniques, etc.  I've not blocked anything yet Cheesy

i have pictures!
here's my June square:

i really like the way it turned out.

my fillers:

Lacy Diamond square
this was actually my 2nd filler from last month that i had trouble finishing.  that one side it still really wonky, and i'm not 100% sure why, but that was the best i could get it.   Undecided

Jupiter square

Lacy Granny square
it's funny because it has the same name as this month's 12" square and i didn't even realize that until after i'd picked it.

Nice looking square, Puppy_girl!

I worked on mine for a bit today, but this is the square that is giving me the most trouble, for some reason. I'm on round 8, and I had to undo it once already. Then, I got stuck in the same spot (the corners) and I had to stop. I'll get it eventually...I hope...

I really love that multi coloured yarn in your June square! Wish I could get yarns like that here!
