In the swap I'm organizing at the moment there is a pair of two who are sending late.
One of them is now ready to send, but she hasn't heard from her partner for a longer time and so have I. I've written her several PMs but she hasn't replied.
How do I handle this? Should the person ready to send send out her package and if her partner does not send anything in the next few weeks I'll find her an angel? Or is it ok if she keeps her package if she wants to and I give her positive if she posts pictures of what she made?

Don't have her send out until she hears from the partner. If it's way past sendout time, do one of two things:

1. Post for a "replacement partner" for her. She can send her crafted items to them.

OR

2. She can keep what she's crafted and you can contact a swap mod to remove her feedback. She would not get positive feedback if she doesn't actually send.
