Yeah, first post!! Anyway, I got beads for Christmas, so how could I not make necklaces? Grin Here we go:

The first one was my very first attempt at pretzel knots, so don't make fun of me!  Wink

And lastly: straw bracelets. Awesome!

Thanks! I think the Josephine knot is just another name for it. It was pretty hard too!  Grin

Yeah,
I cant find any really good macrame instructions pages.
Its all sell this sell that.

Ive never did one before tonight, and i found a link with the basic two knot thing with two strings. (hah i dotn know the name) but mine turned out twisted!!

I dont know how i went wrong, i kept everything uniform and everythign!

The square knot? Was it supposed to be straight? If it was and it came out swirly then you probably didn't alternate which string you started the knot with. If this makes any sense, I'm glad I could help. If not.... I'l try to explain it again. Roll Eyes

Yes, the square knot, and...
I think i did.
When it swooped over, i just started with that string again since it would be a different string, just the same side.
Unless i was supposed to start with the same string, but opposite side.

and, i did try and make it straight Tongue  since i dont really "know" how to make swirly ones, it just kinda happened.

but thanks Cheesy

oh and i never really did say your necklaces are very pretty!
