Participants will craft to their partner's taste, in a steampunk style.
We will be crafting:
one large/detailed item (Eg jumper, detailed ray-gun, etc)
two little/easier items (Eg computer chip broach, pendant, cuff)

If your partner and you wish to craft differently than this, you must let me know
before the send out date. I'm going to be fussy about people crafting correctly so
that we all end up with awesome crafts

You don't have to use metal or glass to be steampunk

I would LOVE to do something steampunk, I am currently on a victoriana/steam punk craze...I just hope I can think of something to make my partner...will check my stash and probably come back later...because I can't resist steampunk...

Just stalking for now I only discovered from lurking on the discussion thread for this swap that this genre had a name! I love Victoriana and those retro-style futures, alternate universes... and airships I'd love to craft steampunk stuff but I don't think I'm "outwardly" steampunk enough to use anything I'd get back. Guess I can volunteer if anyone ends up needing an angel (though I sincerely hope they don't!)
