I know alot of people have made these, but i'm slightly infatuated with them. I go into the thrift shop and get crazy weird looks from people as I shuffle through the entire romance paperback section looking for the ones with the most...interesting. ..covers. This is my most recent.

Sorry about the slightly blurry covers. I have a nice camera, but apparently I'm not capable of using it. Expect more of these, I still have 8 covers left *wahaha*
My only question now is, what do I do with the books after I've torn off the covers? And PLEASE don't say read them...

Embarrassed Actually, Johanna Lindsay isn't that bad....(blush). You could always try putting it thru a shredder and using the paper for stuffing a pillow....I know there was a post about a Target pillow somewhere (using target bags & shredded paper as stuffing)...

Hmm :/ Well, you can maybe tape a couple of pages into long strips and then cut them into thin strips and weave them for a bag or another wallet? Or you could add some of the text to embellish the wallets? Just a couple of ideas :]

I could have sworn there was already a tutorial for a wallet similar to this on here, but I can't find it. I have to work on christmas presents now, but I'll try and put up a tutorial soon. Just keep your eyes out for when it appears in your "replies to your posts".

Cut out interesting words and phrases to use for jewelry projects, like resin earrings or decoupaged pendants or bracelets. Smiley
