I just finished this scarf today, and I'm so proud of it! It's the first thing that I've made from a movie.

I got the pattern here: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=195441.0

aaaand just for fun, here's a shot of it being modeled by our Christmas tree Smiley

Hey your scarf turned out awesome!! I'm copying that pattern...but I noticed it didn't say what hook size to use, which did you use?? I've never made anything from a movie either...well, actually, I've only made ONE thing from a pattern ever! I just learned, so I'm excited to start a little bit more indepth things (besides my few simple dc-no-pattern scarves).  Smiley

I'm usually not into anything really lacy, but anything HP.. I'm pretty much a sucker for. Congrats on your first movie crocheted project!

I used a size I hook, but I'm not really sure it matters what size hook you use, since you don't have to worry about gauge. I'm kind of a newbie too, that was only the third scarf I've made, and I've only made about five or six (successful) things total. Smiley

Thanks everyone for the nice words!

Aww I love it great job! I'm glad to know the pattern wasn't confusing

I didn't include a hook size or recommended yarn because the gauge doesn't really matter for the pattern. It's really whatever you decide to use.
