I own a little doggie daycare and some of you may remember the dog bags I gave to clients last year.  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=142326.msg1399415#msg1399415

This year I decided to do etched cookie jars with each dog's name on them (all I can say is this project totally justified buying the Klic N Kut!!!!!)

In the cookie jar was a homemade dog cookie mix with recipe, cookie cutters, a silk screened apron, a squeaky snowman toy, cinnamon sugared pecans and a sewn bandanna.  In addition each client got a bottle of wine with their dogs picture on it and the label on the wine this year said, "Fido's 2007 Private Reserve Pinot More".  I am FINALLY finished and the last 10 presents go out tomorrow.

Maybe now I can decorate my tree and do some shopping!

The whole package:

The wine:

Outside of tag (same image was used on both the gift and the recipe tag)

Bandanna

Silkscreened apron

My sweatshop garage!

I ended up making 83 of these!  Thanks for looking!

Those are so fantastic!!  I looked at the goody bags you made last year - how did the clients respond to them?  I am sure they were beyond thrilled.  Especially since you did great gifts again this year.  Wink

The cookie jar turned out amazing - great job!  I hope all the families absolutely love them.  And congrats on your growing business - 83 this year.  Wow!!

Great idea!  They turned out great.  At first I wondered about the wine bottles - were they for the dogs - maybe some liver flavoured sauce for their food or something Cheesy
