One of our fellow craftsters, missmonkeymae was kind enough to give the tutorial for this skirt - Hers is an absolutely jack o lantern one - you should check it out.  This is the easiest thing I think that I've ever made.  I had to make one after seeing it so here it is ...

What a lucky girl to have that skirt!  It looks vintagey, fun and very Christmasy!

The pom poms are a nice added touch--how many times has she twirled around in it--lots I bet! ha ha
