peppermint bark!   to make a batch i used 1 bag hershey special dark chocolate chips and melted them, once melted i added a small cap full of peppermint extract.  then spread it out on a sheet pan covered in foil!   let that harden ( i put it in the freezer)  and then melt 1 bag of white chocolate chips!  either add extract to this or not.....spread it over the dark chocolate and immediately sprinkle with crushed candy canes!  let harden an break into pieces and enjoy!!!

Yay, I made that stuff too. I actually followed a recipe from recipezaar because I was afraid of screwing it up, anyway, I ended up with over 3lbs of the stuff! It's really really awesome, just... a bit sweet.

The only thing I did differently from you is I used semisweet chips on the bottom although I wish used bittersweet. Also I didn't use peppermint extract since I didn't have it and I crushed up the peppermint candies really fine and mixed it with the white chocolate and then threw some chunks on top. It gave it a nice  crunchy texture without breaking our teeth.

Now I just need to find people to give it away to. Cheesy

Also, I found out there's a difference between chips and chocolate wafers. I was told that the white chocolate wafers I used are actually a lot sweeter than regular white chocolate chips.  oops.
