ok finally im posting. I found this tut and went crazy! I never thought i could find something like this that would be so easy. So i just had to make one for a club i was going to. I went a little crazy with it and added a lot and sadly when i tried it on, it didnt look good on me, but it looked hella cute on my friend. So here's a picture of her modeling it for me. She's worn it several times to different clubs since, and i plan on making another friend a black and pink one, since i used almost all of my white tulle.

I bought elastic that's only 1/4 in wide, do you think it will still work?  It's for a 4 yr old.

oh yeah, just make sure that the elastic is sewn together securly.

Those are so pretty! My 4 year old is having a princess birthday party so I'm gathering my bff to help me make about 20 of them for all the girls, and of course, we're gonna wear one too! I hope i can buy some tulle in bulk..
