Wow, that's amazingly gorgeous! I'm really inspired to make one myself, problem is, I'm veryyy new at this and I don't know where to start! I would love it if you could do a tutorial on this! Smiley

i second that. Tongue but i think im just going to do a search myself! all the scarves are soo beautiful. Cheesy

They are! So beautiful. Unfortunately, I'm very very new at this; I just got a sewing machine for Christmas and I have yet to actually make something because I'm not clumsy and nervous, hehe. So I wouldn't even know where to begin to attempt to make this scarf! I wish I did though.

The clear elastic is super easy to work with.
Vegbee has a tutorial on using clear elastic to ruffle

That is the method I used.

I like makin' my own clothes, wanna make a quilt,  wish I knew how to knit, and just started making jewelry...where am I gonna go from here?

my friend-  I think you have created quite a stir with your scarfs! And bravo I must say! I got a load of dull fleece old navy scarves from distant relatives for christmas. I actually had them hanging in my laundry closet, with the best intentions of giving them to charity, etc. Now I am going to stay up all night making some beautiful scarfs. Thx for the mojo!!! I think they all look fab (even the 1st one  Cheesy )
