This piece was my waterloo. It's the top of the camera with some mechanisms attached that I simply couldn't remove. The clock mechanism doesn't allow space so it had to go. I tried an electric drill and pliers and finally a chisel, but only made a small bit of progress. Finally I gave up and cut a piece of one of those thin plastic cutting mats to fit, and glued black textured paper to match the camera. Finally I dug through my bag of random hardware and found a finial that passed as a button and glued it in place. I'll try to get better shots of the top and inside later, I've already wrapped it.
