I've tried Google searching, checking the Community Calendars...  it's so hard to find them!

The problem that I'm running into is that most shows are craft and flea.  People who are shopping at fleas tend to not want to pay the money for handmade crafts...  it just doesn't work out so well!

Help us!

It's late, and I've been wondering...  How I can stay awake so long and miss so much...

I usually set up at plaza flea market in dundulk myself and because I keep my prices sorta low I do okay (enough to buy new supplies and stuff). Lately the market is way over saturated with other jewelry makers so I'm looking around for new venues myself. I would suggest checking the city paper (google baltimore city paper) or the penny saver/bargaineer. Also check the bulletin boards at your community centers (essex does not have one). This is the part where I would have mentioned the baltimore craft mafia but their site is not so good....
Hope I helped.

Hey me too! I moved here 2 months ago and have had a hard time finding anything good. I was too late on all the xmas stuff. What about good cheap fabric places? Any of those in Bmore?

Broadway in fells point. There's a really spiffy exotic fabric shop (lots of funky brocade Mmmmm). Other than that the only other sorta close fabric shop that I know of is in Harford Co. and it's a jo-ann's which we know is NOT cheap. Best bet honestly is to hit the thriftshops in the city proper. Check the city paper (on line version) for their best of section and go where they tell ya!

I've seen alot of ads for craft shows (mostly church) in our local community paper, The Aegis, up here in Harford Co. They do list their classifieds on their website. Might want to check there.
